How do I schedule my appointment?

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, we accept many major insurance plans, including Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Principal, United Concordia, MetLife, Guardian, and more. We also proudly accept MassHealth. If you have an insurance provider that isn’t in-network, your coverage depends on whether or not your plan offers out-of-network benefits.

What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?
If you don’t have insurance, we encourage you to join our Dental Care Program, which takes care of your preventive care with a monthly subscription.

Yes, our team offers pediatric dental services for children and teens.

What hours is your office open?
Here are our office hours below. We’re closed on Saturday and Sunday.
Monday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday: 9:00 a.m – 4:00p.m.
Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. -
How early should I get to my appointment?
Please arrive for your appointment 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled time, in case we need to confirm your insurance, have you update your patient forms, etc.

How long does an appointment take?
Your appointment time can fluctuate depending on the type of service, treatment, or consultation our team provides.

How often do I need a dental checkup?
We suggest having a checkup and cleaning every six months. However, depending on your oral health and whether you have issues such as gum disease, more frequent checkups may be recommended.
