Front Desk Manager
Anna was born in Cambridge, MA, and raised in Brazil. Fluent in both English and Portuguese, she brings over three years of customer service experience to Koko Dental Care. Anna is passionate about helping people and is highly organized in her work. When she’s not ensuring everything runs smoothly at the front desk, she enjoys singing, playing guitar, and learning new things. Committed to making patients feel comfortable and cared for, Anna is excited to be part of the Koko Dental Care team and looks forward to making every visit a positive experience.
Jailyn
Dental Assistant
Jailyn is a recent college graduate with a degree in Biomedical Sciences. She decided to pursue the dental field and is currently our Dental Assistant here at Koko Dental. She is dedicated to ensuring a comfortable and efficient dental experience for every patient. Passionate about dental health, she is committed to contributing positively to the practice and helping patients achieve their best oral health. Outside of work, Jailyn enjoys spending quality time with her toddler daughter and loves exploring new parks and outdoor activities together.

A Waltham native, Andrew brings a decade of experience to our team. He is precise, caring, and dedicated to preventing future dental issues. As our exceptional hygienist, he’s here to educate, support, and help you maintain optimal oral health—all while ensuring you have a comfortable and positive experience.

Treatment coordinator
Karina, originally from Kazakhstan, is fluent in Russian, English, and Spanish, making her always ready for a great conversation in the language of your choice. With years of experience in hospitality management, she brings exceptional service and organization to our front desk. Karina is here to ensure you fully understand your insurance benefits and will gladly help you find a plan that works best for you.
